These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern shopping in the online store www.norvedic.lt (hereinafter referred to as the “Store”).

Hereinafter referred to in the document as the “Seller”.

Buyer – a natural person purchasing goods in the Store.

By shopping in the Store, the Buyer confirms that he has read these Terms and Conditions and agrees with them.

1. General provisions

1.1. The following persons may purchase from the store:

active adults;

minors aged 14 to 18 only with the consent of their parents or guardians.

1.2. The Seller carries out online retail trade.

1.3. Some goods may be sent directly from suppliers' warehouses (dropshipping model), others from EU warehouses. Information about delivery terms is provided in the product description or delivery policy.

2. Conclusion of the contract

2.1. The purchase and sale contract is considered concluded from the moment when:

The Buyer creates a shopping cart,

enters the required data,

makes payment,

receives order confirmation by e-mail.

2.2. The Seller has the right not to confirm the order if:

the Buyer cannot be contacted;

payment is not received;

incorrect data is provided.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1. All prices are in euros (EUR).

3.2. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3.3. Available payment methods are indicated during checkout.

3.4. The order is processed only after receipt of payment.

4. Buyer's rights and obligations

The Buyer undertakes to:

provide correct data;

accept the shipment on time;

comply with these Rules.

5. Seller's liability

5.1. The Seller is not responsible for:

delays in delivery due to couriers or customs;

incorrectly specified address;

force majeure circumstances.

5.2. The Seller is responsible for the quality of the goods in accordance with applicable law.

6. Right of return

6.1. EU consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

6.2. The returned item must be:

unused,

in the original packaging,

with all accessories.

6.3. The Buyer shall pay the return costs, unless the item is of poor quality.

7. Intellectual property

All website materials are the property of the Seller or its legal partners.

8. Applicable law

These Terms are subject to the law of the Republic of Lithuania.

Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and in the event of failure to reach an agreement, in the courts of Lithuania.
