1. Delivery area
1.1. Orders are delivered to Lithuania and other European Union countries.
1.2. Delivery options may vary depending on the product and country.
2. Order fulfillment
2.1. The order is only processed after payment is received.
2.2. Goods may be shipped from different warehouses, depending on their availability.
2.3. If the order is divided into several shipments, the goods may be delivered separately.
3. Delivery terms
3.1. Preliminary delivery terms:
In Lithuania: 1–7 business days
In EU countries: 3–14 business days
3.2. Delivery of some goods may take longer if they are shipped from international warehouses.
3.3. Delivery terms are preliminary and may vary due to:
logistics disruptions,
customs processes,
holiday periods,
delays by third-party couriers.
3.4. If delivery is significantly delayed, the Buyer has the right to request cancellation of the order and a refund.
4. Delivery prices
4.1. The delivery price is indicated in the order cart before payment.
4.2. If free delivery is applied, the conditions are indicated separately.
5. Tracking the shipment
5.1. When the shipment is shipped, the Buyer may be provided with a tracking number.
5.2. If the shipment does not reach the Buyer within the specified time, the Buyer must contact the Seller.
6. Unclaimed shipments
6.1. If the shipment is returned due to an incorrectly specified address or non-collection, a re-sending fee may be applied.
6.2. If the shipment is undelivered due to the courier's fault, additional fees are not applied.
7. Damaged or missing shipments
7.1. If the shipment arrives damaged or undeliverable, the Buyer must inform by e-mail norvedic@gmail.com.
7.2. The Seller undertakes to resolve the situation - replace the item or refund the money.
8. Customs and taxes
8.1. Additional import taxes are usually not applied within the EU territory.
8.2. If goods are shipped outside the EU in the future, possible import taxes will depend on the legislation of that country.
