1. 14-day right of return

According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

During this period, the buyer can return the goods without giving a reason.

The returned goods must be:

unused

undamaged

with original packaging (if possible)

2. How to submit a return request

We will respond within 1-3 business days.

3. Return costs

If the item is returned without a defect (in case of a mistake), the return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect - the return costs are paid by the seller.

4. Order cancellation

If the order has not yet been sent, it can be canceled and the full amount paid will be refunded.

If the item has already been sent, a 14-day return procedure applies.

5. Refund

The money will be refunded within 14 days of receiving and checking the returned item.

The refund is made using the same payment method used to make the purchase.

6. Exclusions

The right of return does not apply to:

custom-made or personalized goods

hygiene goods, if they have been used

gift vouchers

7. Damaged or defective goods

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Please include photos and the order number.

Possible solutions:

replacement of the item

sending a new item

partial compensation

refund
