1. 14-day return right (for EU users)

1.1. The Buyer is subject to 14 days of cancellation , calculated from the delivery of the goods.
1.2. During this period, the Buyer may return the goods without reason, if they meet the following conditions:

  • the item has not been paid for and is not in good condition;

  • undamaged original packaging (if possible);

  • saved labels are a set.

1.3. The product return request must be submitted by e-mail. mail: norvedic@gmail.com before shipping the item.


2. Return costs

2.1. If the product is returned with a faulty delivery -
The buyer pays for the return .

2.2. If you received a defective / incorrect product -
The return costs are borne by the Seller or the item is exchanged for a new one.


3. Goods cannot be returned

Refunds do not apply to:

  • hygienic/used goods;

  • individually manufactured with personalized goods;

  • gift cards;

  • the goods have a clear defect of use.


4. The product is in transit (for dropshipping)

4.1. If the product is still not delivered , or the delivery terms have not yet expired,
return is not possible - you can wait or pick up the goods.

4.2. If the delivery time significantly exceeded , contact us -
to be decided individually (compensation / money refunds).


5. Brokautoos with damaged goods

5.1. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us via 14 days from receipt:

5.2. Possible solutions:

  • exchange of goods;

  • shipping of new goods;

  • dalinė with full compensation;

  • money back.


6. Refund

6.1. Refunds within 14 days , after having checked the returned item.
6.2. The money will be returned to the same payment booth where the payment was delayed.
6.3. Pristatymo kaina (jei taikyta) gali buti non-returnable , except in broken cases.


7. Unclaimed or returned packages

7.1. If the shipment is returned due to:

  • incorrect address,

  • non-removal time,

— may apply repostinio süntimo fee .


8. How to request a refund

Write an email norvedic@gmail.com and specify:

  • first name, last name

  • order number

  • problems description has photos (if applicable)

Our team will respond within 1–3 business days .
